Menopause 101 Cohuna Workshop

As part of Women's Health Week 2026, join Women's Health Loddon Mallee in partnership with Northern District Community Health for a free community workshop exploring menopause and perimenopause.

Menopause is something most women will experience, yet many of us know surprisingly little about it until it arrives.

Whether you’re experiencing changes now, approaching this stage of life, supporting someone else, or simply want to learn more, this session will provide practical, evidence-based information in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Together we’ll explore:

  • What menopause and perimenopause actually are
  • The physical and emotional changes that can occur
  • Why hormones matter
  • Practical ways to manage symptoms and support wellbeing
  • Treatment and support options available
  • Finding trusted information and healthcare support

This is a welcoming, judgement-free session where questions are encouraged. You don’t need any prior knowledge, and there is no expectation to share personal experiences.

Come along to learn, ask questions, and leave feeling more informed and confident about this important stage of life.

Light supper will be provided.

Registrations required.
