Wycheproof Community Resource Centre and Women’s Health Loddon Mallee invite women and gender diverse people in Wycheproof to join us to participate in a free health education session.

Let’s Talk Mental Health will cover the following topics

• Understanding what influences our mental health & wellbeing
• Barriers to talking about mental health
• Where to get support and what’s available locally
• Tips and tools for mental health maintenance
