The 18th of October is World Menopause Day, so Women's Health Loddon Mallee is declaring October Menopause Month and offering a series of 4 different online learning sessions.

The 18th of October is World Menopause Day, so Women’s Health Loddon Mallee is declaring October Menopause Month. We are offering a series of 4 different online learning sessions throughout October, including3 free evening information sessions about menopause, what to expect, how to manage symptoms, and tips for enhancing your experience through this life transition, plus we are running a session for workplaces and organisations to look at ways employers and teams can support people experiencing menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms.

My Menopause Matters

These three online sessions are aimed at putting you in the driver’s seat so you can thrive! Come along to the evening sessions, where in a relaxed setting you can build your knowledge on all things menopause and perimenopause.

Menopause Friendly Workplaces

If you are a manager, in People & Culture, or working on gender equality action plans (GEAPs) in an organisation that has a number of staff who are approaching or going through the menopause transition, come along to the Menopause Friendly Workplaces workshop and learn how to support your staff through this life transition.
