With World Menopause Day coming up on October 18, Women’s Health Loddon Mallee will be celebrating all things menopause the entire month.
We are offering a series of 4 online learning sessions throughout October, including 3 free relaxed, evening community information sessions to build your knowledge and prepare you for the menopause transition. We’ll cover what to expect through perimenopause and menopause, how to manage symptoms, and tips to put you in the driver’s seat and support you to thrive.
Plus, we are running a session for workplaces and organisations to explore ways employers and teams can implement actions in the workplace to support people experiencing menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms.
