Who is Women’s Health Loddon Mallee- WHLM?
WHLM is the regional women’s health service for Northwest Victoria, committed to promoting and advocating for women’s health in the areas of Gender Equity, Mental Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, the gendered experience of crises and climate change, and the Primary Prevention of Gendered Violence. We lead CARE, the primary prevention partnership for the Loddon Mallee region.
What is the CARE Partnership?
CARE stands for Collective Action for Respect and Equality, and the CARE Partnership is the scaffolding to enhance, grow, and promote region wide action to address gender inequality to prevent gendered violence against women. Through CARE:
-partners have access to support from WHLM
-connections are strengthened with other organisations doing this important work
-partners have access to training, events, and resources
